INGREDIENTES:
6 huevos
12 rebanadas de tocino (1 libra)
1 cebolla blanca picada
1 pimiento rojo picado
1 taza de hongos shiitake picados
1 taza de parmesano rallado
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
1 cucharada de sal
1 cucharada de pimienta molida
Cilantro picado
1 cucharada de frotamiento de aves GMG
Preparación:
-Precaliente la parrilla hasta 400 grados y coloque las rebanadas de tocino.
-En una cacerola mediana, mezcle la mantequilla, la cebolla, los champiñones, el jalapeño y el adobo de pollo GMG. Deja que hierva a fuego lento hasta que los ingredientes estén suaves. Ponga a un lado para enfriar.
-Una vez que el tocino esté crujiente, baje la parrilla a 300 grados y pique el tocino hasta que quede en trozos pequeños.
-Agregue los trozos de tocino y queso parmesano a las verduras y mezcle bien.
-En un molde para muffins de 6 tazas, presione ~ 2 cucharadas colmadas de la mezcla cocida en cada taza y forme una capa similar a una costra.
-Rompe 1 huevo en cada taza y agrega sal, pimienta y cilantro encima de cada huevo.
-Coloque el molde para panecillos en su ahumador y cocine a 300 grados durante 50 minutos. La yema debe correr un poco cuando se corta.
